Very good company. I've been dealing with Torian there for a while now. I've never had any issues with him or his company. Easy to work with and understands that changes happen on the road that cause unforeseen changes. I would highly recommend him and his company.
William Whitten iand Jaime Hall are the best dispatchers.
Absolutely horrible, deceptive and dishonest company. Will re-neg on terms for shipment after booking a carrier and even when confronted with proof will try to weasel their way out of it. Shortpaid invoice by almost 50% due to bogus charges for driver not accepting tracking (which they agreed to verbally at the time load was booked) and confirmed they were ok calling dispatch for tracking in an email.
