If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. Like a similar review, Jane has costed us thousands of dollars by incorrectly claiming deductions when filing our taxes. We trusted her that these deductions were legitimate. Our refunds were large, but come to find out a few years down the road, the IRS notified that we couldn't claim these deductions (for ALL the years we had Jane file our taxes).
