Service is always great. A lot of parts are not included in the service contract and sometimes can be quite pricey to replace.

Unfortunately, over the last several years, the cost of parts has increased so frequently due to supply chain shortages that it is cost-prohibitive to include many in a service plan as the need for many of these parts is not often from a consumer standpoint overall, so we find that it is best to offer a service plan that is affordable that covers emergency service labor and most of the critical burner parts. Nick came today and did my annual cleaning he was there for hours when I reviewed it on camera he spent the whole time updated my furnace. CK Smith Superior Oil truly is "superior". I have been a customer for over a decade and would never switch. Auto delivery is excellent, as is customer service. At times when it was difficult to pay my budget payment, the girls in customer service were always kind and worked with me to find a solution. That's rare in today's business environment. Can't say enough about the product and service.
