Service Technician, James, was on time, pleasant and efficient. He is very knowledgeable about intall, maintenance and repair of minisplits. Jim was part of install team 6 yrs ago and tuneups almost every year since-keeping them running perfectly. My minisplits are tuned and ready for another year of service.
