CK Smith is our oil delivery and boiler service company. We just had a new boiler and water heater installed by CK Smith as well and they are nothing less than awesome to work with. Fantastic service from start to finish.

CKSmith is a fantastic Company to work with. We needed a new oil tank installed, and from my panicked call on a Sunday morning, until the following week when it was installed each department I needed to work with were knowledgeable about their work. The techs worked quickly and efficiently, and in less than an 8 hour shift, they completed the job. The tank looks great, nice work piping it out, too. Neatly, it looks so good down there now!

Adequate Oil Delivery The furnace technicians were dirty and rude {unless you request a good one!} and the sales employees seemed efficient yet not that interested in making a sale. Because I use Mass Energy I am stuck with C.K. Smith as my oil dealer, but I wouldn't recommend them.
C.K.Smith is bad I ordered 150 Gallons of oil when the price was on It way down and they filled my 300 Gal tank at $4.00 a Gal. I paid them for the Gal150 I ordered and told them that in a month I would pay them when I needed oil again I would pay them what the price was then. It had gone down to $3.00 a gal. I paid them the balance at the $3.00 rate, but that wasn't acceptable to them. They just wanted to dump the high priced oil before it went down. Bad CK Smith.
ONE OF THE HIGHEST PRICED ALWAYS!! I ran out of oil and they charged me $85 to prime the burner. The man who delivered the oil came in and did it in 2 minutes. What a rip-off. They supposedly don't charge a fee anymore. You do NOT have to order oil from them if you are a Mass Energy subscriber. You can call and get much better prices at most other oil dealerships. Beware of CK Smith Oil because it is a scam and a fraud. This company bullies and harasses prospective customers. If prospects decide to choose another company to attain service, CK Smith will aggressively and violently retaliate against those prospects who did not choose their business. Henry Roma, the general manager for Worcester, MA is greatly incompetent, discriminatory, racist and exceptionally unprofessional. I had a problem with my Boiler Mate hot water tank as it wasn't giving me any hot water. A technician came out and corrected the problem. He told me that it was starting to leak and when I spoke with Chris in the Sales Dept, he told me the tank that I have is under a lifetime warranty and it could be replaced for free. I would only have to pay for parts and labor. The crew came it and replaced the tank in 3 hours. They were very professional.
