We had a party of 30 and we had one waiter for everyone. After everyone sat down, we didn't get drinks for about 25 mins. Then about 20 mins later we got our order and I ordered a medium sirloin with green beans. Then an two hours later we got the food, but they gave me prime rib well done with broccoli. I didn't even care to take it back because it was 30 mins before they closed.
Our food was hot and delicious. Although green beans is a simple thing these were about the best green beans I ever ate. I had the 8oz sirloin and my husband had the fish and chips. Plenty of food. And priced reasonably. Chris was our waiter. He was pleasant and courteous and took great care of us. Also, Donna gave us some great tips for exploring the area. Great food, great people.
Welcome to the Twilight zone. If you want to learn to appreciate decent or even below decent customer service, come here, and you will from now on be armed with the tools and knowledge that at least it will never be as bad as when you went to CK's Steakhouse.
