For a condo in San Diego, I contacted to this company. There was a open house date. I submit my application on a Saturday night (the night of open house date). I submit my application as soon as I receive a username and password from them. I am pretty sure I was the first applicant. I called them Monday and was told to call back on Tuesday morning.
