Five stars for me. Minor problems will always happen anywhere. This company has always taken care of any issue in a reasonable amount of time.
Can I just say. One of their properties is letting me die from the black mold growing in my apartment after three months of dealing with negligent office staff I decided to call CKR and every extension I call is conveniently out of the office. I've called their offices many times over the course of several weeks and they have done nothing to fix it. They do not care. I hope they rest easy knowing I'm slowly going to die because of them
This is the best company I have ever worked for. This person, Jame, is not listed as living in any of our properties; Don't know what to say there except to say that we have MANY HAPPY residents on our communities. We provide a nice place to live with super-quick maintenance, at a fair price. Come home to CKR!
The word "management" should be removed from this "business"...as it seems they care more about getting paid than providing nominal safety for their residents. No one returns calls, emails or any correspondence-but they can sure leave notices inside resident's doors if your rent is 12 hours late. (If they checked their mail, they'd see they were paid already.)
