I've been meaning to try CKO Kickboxing in Jersey City, and I'm glad I finally did. The atmosphere is genuinely welcoming, which made a huge difference. Everyone there was super cool. The instructors are clearly dedicated; the one running my class, John, really makes time for each person, offering tips and corrections even in a busy group. It doesn't feel intimidating or overly flashy—just a great workout in a supportive environment. Definitely recommend checking it out! ✌️
Tried CKO JC for the first time and loved it!! The instructor, Jon, was very knowledgeable and attentive. The class was demanding, but also enjoyable and engaging. Can’t wait to come back for more!!
I never knew I would fall in love with kickboxing this much. I used to think CKO was only for guys but little did I know, it's truly for everybody!!! It all starts when you first walk in. The friendly welcomes and greetings. Great training and introduction for first-timers and free trial class. I did the $99 Kickstart and in 3 weeks I was hooked and signed up for a year. It's been 15 months doing kick boxing at cko and it's the best activity for fitness. All the trainers are very good and help you achieve your fitness goals.
