I recently took a free class at CKO Edgewater, and it was truly amazing! The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of training with Rodney, who constantly encouraged me throughout the workout, even when I needed a moment (or moments!) to catch my breath and spoke highly of other trainers and members. First time here! Really good work out. They really encourage you to do your best. I like the mix of cardio, strength, and agility. I recommend!

I’ve been a member for over 6 months and I absolutely love this place. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, fun yet tough. The place is clean and they sanitize the floor and bags after each class. I usually take the mornings classes with Arturo or Rodney and they are both amazing instructors! You will lose weight, get lean and have fun while doing it. The classes include kickboxing on the bag, free weights and cardio machines.

Took a class on a whim while visiting a friend who regularly attends classes here. Wow what a workout! Excellent instruction and individual attention. I worked every muscle in my body. I left feeling triumphant and covered head to toe in sweat.
