It’s an amazing place to practice boxing and kickboxing!!! The staff is great and the people who go there, too.
CKO is filled with passionate, kind, talented and dedicated individuals who truly CARE and have made my community in Miami beyond beautiful. The classes are intense and empowering. Glad to say I have been in this community now for almost 4 whole years and I can’t see myself stopping any time soon! 🥰
It’s a great workout and very fun! I came in as a complete beginner and the instructors took care of me and make sure I do the movements correctly and safely. It’s a friendly, welcoming environment which makes it easy to stay consistent because I actually look forward to working out!
Absolutly a great experience, good vibes, gym clean and the trainers very pro.
They are fraud, dont ever sign up with them, I signed up for specifically 3 months and informed them about my decision to discontinue, they kept billing my credit card even after that, and when I reached out them they said that they want it written in email for discontinuation but didn’t tell me THAT at the desk when i told them that i want to cancel my membership. I never got any email about the renewal of my membership as well. Stay away guys they are FRAUDS, they charged my credit card for additional 4 months
