I recently visited this gym and you can tell the owner is super passionate about his craft and his clientele. He really does make you feel like home when you step front in the gym, kinda like your wrestling at home also the bathroom is super nice it has a shower
ABSOLUTE BEST! Can’t speak highly enough about CKO Brickell! Very fun and intense workout and all of the instructors are terrific with a special shoutout to Paula, April and Alex! Do yourself a favor and get the monthly unlimited classes
10/10 AMAZING. This was my first time ever attending a kickboxing class and April was phenomenal. When I tell you this Challenging, yet at your own pace. April was extremely encouraging and attentive and helped fix my punches/posture throughout the entire class. And Fernando was phenomenal. Extremely welcoming and encouraging and just awesome vibes.
