RecommendedTook an outdoor class here over the summer and I really enjoyed it 💜 helped me blow off a lot of steam in a healthy. The instructor was really engaging and made us work and has helped me stay in shape ever since 💜 would definitely sign up for another class in the future 😊

RecommendedI have been going to CKO for over a year now and have loved each and every workout! They are consistently challenging, changing and fun! All of the instructors push you while championing you at the same time. The gym is always clean and the customer service is great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking a killer workout!
RecommendedBest workout. You relieve so much stress while you work out, each class is different and fun. You never loose interest and you leave feeling energized and amazing. If you never tried a class I suggest it, they have free trials. What other gym does that?
RecommendedIt's a great workout... works everything... plus it's great for stress release! This location is fantastic because the instructors all have different styles so you never get bored, but they always let you go at your own pace... you're not harassed or shamed into doing more than you can do. Everyone is very supportive...there are members of all ages and sizes...a great experience all the way around!
