I visited to check in on a self defense class. I work for a mobile crisis unit and often find myself in jails or emergency rooms so I promise my husband I would take a class... I was nervous because I'm a plus size girl, I thought that I would be judged. I met the teacher and he was very nice and professional. I am enrolling in class is this week....totally excited about it. I easily give this place five stars and recommend it.
