I am over 50 and have many health issues including Diabetes. After just a couple of months of training at Choi Kwang Do, I have found that my insulin intake has dropped as well as my weight! This is the best thing that I could have ever done, both for my health and my well being. Everyone at Cartersville Choi Kwang Do also treat you like part of the family. I highly recommend this to any and all reguardless of age.
