Ashley and Nikki are awesome!!
Very disappointing experience. I came in with my daughter and niece we weren’t greeted, no one asked what we needed, and we were just told to sit and left waiting. The energy was off from the moment we walked in, and it felt like no one wanted to service us. We eventually just left. Total waste of time.
Looking for a new nail tech, I drove over an hour to this place, after reading reviews and doing research I thought this place seems nice, got there things started off good. Until it came down to painting my nails. Im going to say this is a nail chop shop. She tried ripping my dip off natural nails with a tip, which caused my nail to rip halfway down my bed, after I requested a soak off. She burned my nails multiple times with a file because she was going so hard, I asked for a little clipped off, she did more than half. She drimmeled (sp) my skin as much as she did my nails. I paid for the piss poor soak off and left. I will stick with Lush in Diamondhead
My wife and I both had Deluxe Spa Pedicures today, and mine was NOT good. The lady I had seemed to have an attitude and seemed to be in a huge hurry. She stabbed and jabbed at my toes several times, causing me pain, and then didn't even apologize. She rushed through the process and finished mine long before my wife was done. We were never offered a beverage when we were seated as is common at every other salon. My wife enjoyed her service, but mine was terrible.
