My wife and I held a 100 year old birthday party at our home for 27 people. We spoke with John F**** the owner and chief. John is a highly trained expert who attended a well known and respected culinary school in New York City. He put a great menu together to include salmon to die for great tri tip veggies appetizers etc. etc. His crew did everything in a professional manner and stayed in the background.
