Scheduled an appt 2 weeks in advance for a sew in weave needed for an event the next evening of the appointment. This woman neglects to tell me she is no longer located in Reseda and is now in Santa Clarita. How do I find out?? Literally the minute OF the appointment I'm trying to call her because I'm outside of the location listed in Reseda and she won't answer the phone. 7 phone calls and 2 text msgs later she finally answers and tells me she "forgot" to tell me she moved. I just called to set up an appointment and find out how things were pricewise. The woman answered the phone and asked me what type of appointment I wanted to make and I told her and her response was “I’m not taking any appointments right now”. Why ask what kind of appointment someone wants to make when you’re not doing them? When you answer the phone you should say we’re not taking appointments right now are you interested in other kinds of services?

CJ is the most efficient, professional, and skilled hairstylist I’ve been too. She’s helped maintain my dreads for 3+ years and has always made the experience both fun and enjoyable. I would reccommend for anyone looking for a hairstylist in the Los Angeles area!!!
