I had my first accident in early August and was paralyzed about buying a new car, as I was really attached to my old one. But I ended up finding an incredible one at this lot, and made my first adult purchase of my life! It was a huge milestone for me, and I enjoyed the process and the company! Very professional and kind, not a single thing was kept secret from us and he was very transparent about everything!

I bought a 2012 Audi Q7 about 4 months ago. Everything seemed fine with no check engine light, fluids leveled, and they said it was in perfect running order. 3 days after I bought it, I was changing the fluids (oil change, coolant) and checking levels on trans and axles. Found a grey substance came out with the oil. Thought it was odd cause it didn't have metal flakes was just gooey. Next day, oil kept dripping out of the car, a lot. Ruined my driveway.
