Great job. They were in and out and did a great job.
Sorry to say, after two visits, water backing up in our house twice since the first visit, running a camera through the pipes and $700 in charges, we were told they could not determine exactly what the issue is and it's still up in the air as to whether to repair or replace the system. I will say everyone was polite. We have an old system as well, so I'll give 'em a reason for not gettin' it done, but bottom line: $700 dollars later, we're not any better off and it's still just a best guess as to the problem.
