Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. This place is above the rest. It's authentic. It's well kept. Serving sizes are what they should be. I've been here six times and each time I'm glad I went. I'll support this establishment bc they provide quality food, a clean environment and smiling staff. Great work CJ's. I'm happy you're nearby!!

This was the 3rd time we got food from here and the difference is night and day since the first time we ate there. First the portions have gone much smaller. I ordered a half a chicken that looked more like a half of pigeon honestly. The platter ordered which is the most expensive item on the menu, also saw portions size smaller. The first time I had ribs from here you didn't need any knife, now it was tough and hard to even get from the bones. The brisket and pulled pork was dry and tasteless. first off I'd like to say the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and the resturant was very clean today was my first time there and me and friend stopped there for lunch I had the brisket tacos that I highly recommend and the chips were delicious I also grabbed an order of pulled pork and mashed potatoes to go and enjoyed it at work fantastic food wonderful staff and very clean restaurant I'll will definitely be coming back I shoulda ate here sooner not to mention the sauces are absolutely wonderful I wish this plac... read more
I had the pulled chicken with mac & cheese it was incredibly delicious!
Took my wife there for her birthday, excellent meal, some of the best BBQ and smoked meats I've ever had, excellent ribs, and even their sides were great, almost embarassingly large portions, it really made our day. A great place for dinner or lunch.
