My husband I went to CJs for dinner, I had a salad, he had the nachos. The chicken on my salad had a weird texture and felt/tasted as though it was overly processed. The dressing lacked flavor. My husband wasn’t impressed with his nachos, he thought they were over priced and poor quality. Overall disappointing dining experience.
Service was awful, took 15 min to be acknowledged. I had to ask for our salads 2 times, never did get the cream cheese and bread we asked for. Food arrived cold, completely cold. Took an extra 5 min for my kids to get their food after my husband and I were served. I wanted to ask for a manager, but after waiting 10 min for the check, I decided I did not want to wait even longer.

I ordered the half chicken and received 2 pieces of old, dry, tough chicken. It was inedible. My granddaughter ordered a pulled pork sandwich and received what looked like lunch meat on a huge bun with absolutely nothing else on it, and nothing to put on it. No sauce, no slaw, no nothing. I don't know what has happened to CJ's, but I suggest they figure it out. I won't eat there again.
