Allows their therapists to cancel repeatedly. Does not find replacements in a timely manner. Allowed a therapist into our home who restrainted our son on his back during a seizure, then told us to find somewhere else when their "clinic" had less equipment than our living room. They fell our of compliance with DDD and did not complete their required monitoring, and when they sprung it on us last minute trying to schedule it during a dr appointment, they dropped us for canceling.
