CJL was overall wonderful to work with. I found them when touring an apartment complex they represent. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Could not have asked for more!
I mainly worked with Bridget as my agent, and both she and others at the CJL office were amazing! Everyone was really responsive and helpful with questions. Also, the property itself was super super clean when I moved in, and they went out of their way to add AC and some other furniture for me before I moved in! Best experience I have had with an agent and rental company!
Great company to work with as tenants! Every employee was very attentive and prompt with requests and issues and made sure the home we rented was looked after and taken care of!
We absolutely loved living in Waltham (Warrendale) and renting with CJL! The few maintenance requests we needed were handled promptly, and the property was always well taken care of. Carleen and her team are welcoming, friendly and respectful and consistently went above and beyond our expectations.
