I am a property owner in tampa brandon and have hired cjb to manage everything with the tenant and other bills. which does not work, has not received a settlement for 3 years not answering our questions and not paying out our money, Cathy and Melvin johnson are totally nonchalant to their customers. went over to their office where we received a dismissive response. sad when you sit on the other side in Sweden. do not use this company!!!

Hi Im a homeowner. Used CJB for management. They now managed to ignore all my requests for payments of money they owe. Also demand letter from attorney was ignored. Only silence or non-responding. Could only regret I didnt change mgm company before. Never trust CJB if money is involved-

I moved in a little over a week ago, and have already had some repair issues. Minor repair response time is great, as the maintenance lead here is Jacksonville (Ron) is professional and timely in his works. However, for bigger repairs, (my washing machine broke down - full of water, which I have since removed by hand), and instead of finding a repair vendor that has the time and desire to add this repair to their schedule, they are chasing after “their appliance guy,” who has stood up two appointments and is unwilling to do ... read more
