I have never been treated so rudely by a worker until I called to make an appointment with Kim. The guy that answered said no and hung up on me. I called back to ask when she d be back, no answer. I called again and he answers and says, you keep calling. I said I know because I would like to know when she ll be back, he hung up on me again. You just lost my business.
