Horrible customer service!!! I got my nails done Saturday morning, they started breaking. I went back Saturday afternoon, a guy fixed them did a horrible job. They don’t open Sunday, I worked Monday. I went Tuesday when I was off, I wanted to get something else done since they did a horrible job with the dip, he told me I had to pay full price. Never going back.
Absolutely horrible customer service got my nails done and the same day one broke and the other chipped. I then returned to the establishment to have my nails fixed within the same week and they were busy I was on my lunch break and could not wait I explained to the nail tech that my nails that I will come back another day. I returned a week later when my work hours aligned and the lady there was so rude and told me that it’s not their fault I couldn’t wait and had to go to work and now I’m back a week later. Amazing
I got my lashes and brows tinted here. The lady DID NOT do a good job on them I will not return.. Artistic Nails is way better… one eye was darker than the other and after one day the lash is lifting smh I’d drive back to Miami before going here again not worth $32 probably $18
