Great pedicure which is all I came in for!
never go to cj nails & get your eyebrows done by tamy. i always go here & never have had any problems until tonight. After getting my eyebrows done, I’ll go to my car and see that I have brow pencil filled in. I wipe it off and see a big patch in my eyebrow. after going back in there, she told me next time she would do my eyebrows for free and I told her I needed my money back tonight but that doesn’t solve my eyebrow problem.
I've been here twice before , and I thought it'd be different this time but it wasn't. The lady who did my nails the past couple of times did a horrible job . She was in a huge rush so it was sloppy. The lady who did my pedicure was worse. She drilled the gel off to the point she drilled my real nail it's sensitive. Then the drill slipped and chipped my big toenail. I'm not even going to get them polished.
I don’t usually post stuff like this, but this situation had me staring at my bank app like, “Oh my Lord… absolutely not.” My mom went to CJ Nails & Spa in Lehigh Acres, FL expecting a normal, relaxing visit. She was originally quoted $65, and somehow they charged her $97.30. No extra services. No warning. No explanation. Just money missing from her account that she did not approve.
