I've been here twice before , and I thought it'd be different this time but it wasn't. The lady who did my nails the past couple of times did a horrible job . She was in a huge rush so it was sloppy. The lady who did my pedicure was worse. She drilled the gel off to the point she drilled my real nail it's sensitive. Then the drill slipped and chipped my big toenail. I'm not even going to get them polished.

I don’t usually post stuff like this, but this situation had me staring at my bank app like, “Oh my Lord… absolutely not.” My mom went to CJ Nails & Spa in Lehigh Acres, FL expecting a normal, relaxing visit. She was originally quoted $65, and somehow they charged her $97.30. No extra services. No warning. No explanation. Just money missing from her account that she did not approve. Tbh .. my nails are good but this lady wax my eyebrows and waxed my whole edges on my hair off im hurt 😢 .. when she did she tried to hide it and didn’t even hold accountability/ apologize… until I returned back .. she was still trying to act confused as I showed her the patch on my edges 💔

Horrible customer service!!! I got my nails done Saturday morning, they started breaking. I went back Saturday afternoon, a guy fixed them did a horrible job. They don’t open Sunday, I worked Monday. I went Tuesday when I was off, I wanted to get something else done since they did a horrible job with the dip, he told me I had to pay full price. Never going back.
