The customer service was good but I hated my nails.I gave them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they said they can do it.my mom got simple nails and hers were super cute but I paid 100$ for a full set and I hated them.. what I got vs what I wanted
Just went in to get my toes painted. Person who was painted my nails did it backwards painted my nails then filed it and cut them. I realized that the person cut me once I got in the car. I went back inside and ask her why she didn’t tell me that she cut me . She said that the nail file did it but she filed multiple nails and only cut that one nail that’s bleeding.
I had previously been going to them for over 15 years until last month. They have changed owners at Christmas time and a completely new staff. Sandy is no longer there. So, there’s only one gentleman that’s good at doing feet. They do not clean their wax dishes, wax pots at all. I only know this because after 15 years of twice a month waxing my complete face.
