Extremely competent and accommodating auto repair company. Always pleasant to deal with.
I highly recommend CJ’s. I take my old Volvo there and they have always been highly professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and fair. What’s more, they’ve gone out of their way to help me out above and beyond the services I’ve paid for - with a gratuitous install of a gear shifter replacement knob and a lift from the metro. Their website makes booking, previewing and approving quotes, and paying super simple.
After MANY horrible service experiences in other places in DC, someone recommended I try CJ Foreign Car. I haven't looked back since (two years now, by my count) and no one else is allowed to touch my VW :-) Great Guys, charging fair prices, for things that actually need servicing, punctual, polite, taking the time to explain if you ask. The service was excellent Mr Vlad is outstanding he takes time to explains the details of the job in terms a layman’s terms. This is the repair shop to have your foreign car repaired. Excellent service, reasonable pricing, outstanding staff.
