I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this review because CJ Blacks has been a local favorite of mine for a long time. It’s right in my neighborhood, has a great casual atmosphere, and used to be a place I could count on for fresh, good-quality food. I’ve eaten there many times and have even ordered oysters there in the past and enjoyed them. My husband and I, enjoyed our visit here. The food was delicious and well prepared by chef Scott. We would certainly be back and recommend it here.
It's our go to. It can be noisy on Fridays and Saturdays but it's soo good. Favorite is French Onion Soup. Even their sushi rocks. We eat there 3 times a month.
Ordered lemon pepper wings hot xtra wet instead got over cooked wings dry almost broke my teeth , first time here and disappointed but will come back as the bartender I think her name was T was very attentive and friendly
