Awful customer service. Price is expensive and the service you received is not worth the price what you are paying for. Instead of resolving the issues, they will ignore the matter and ask you to go away. Worst engineer to go for. Avoid them at all cost
I had an awful experience with Jay McDonald from Civil Works Management. Their price is not cheap. Dealing with Jay was extremely frustrating. His attitude was arrogant, dismissive, disrespectful and completely lacking in basic customer service. They charged me a lot more than my friend for a 2 lot subdivision. Jay asked me to go elswhere when I asked him to do the same price as my friend. He acted very arrogantly as if he does not need a customer. I've worked with Roger from CWE on multiple projects and will happily recommend him and his team to anyone. They have saved us tens of thousands of dollars in civil construction costs through their design, and have enabled odd sites to be projects.
