My laundry room used to be tiny just enough space to squeeze in the washer and dryer side by side. Regency Construction helped us expand it by knocking down a wall and gaining about three extra feet. They also built a structure to stack the washer and dryer which freed up even more room. On top of that they added a super practical shelf for organization and improved the ventilation. Now it’s a comfortable and functional space, nothing like before. Excellent job I totally recommend them
We didn’t want a huge renovation just a refresh in the living room. Regency, based on the budget I had recommended to paint, add molding and update the lighting. Small changes but the space feels totally new. I really loved how it turned out; it looks very beautiful and cozy. Highly recomend them 100%
To be honest I’d been thinking for like six months about getting a home charger for my car. I drive a Toyota prius prime. I already had a good experience with Regency when they installed my solar panels, so I figured maybe they could handle the charger too or at least point me to someone.
