I was really excited to try this place. We (party of 2) waited for about a half hour after being told there was about a 35 minute wait. No big deal-until an Italian couple came up, also a party of two, started speaking to the hostess, they waited about 10 minutes and were seated before us. Funny thing is I understood everything they were saying, because I too am Italian and listened to the hostess sneak around to get them in. CALLING ALL VEGANS!!! You must try this place!!!! Im a vegan (mainly raw) and traveled from nj to san diego. I am not an italain food fan as the vegan options are terrible in jersey. Some people told me i must try this place and IT WAS AMAZING!!!! Their vegan menu was a great size and everything on it looked delicious!
