Civic Square was a great property with previous management staff. Sophie was an awesome manager, she helped me with many issues and questions. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of current management, I’ve personally had not so pleasant experiences. On the maintenance side of things Jesus and Jose are great maintenance techs very knowledgeable and take care of issues in a timely manner. Always go above and beyond to take care of issues.
I really enjoy living here. Carina and Monica are great with residents.
I went to visit my sister,when I ready to go home my car was not there anymore, I'm really upset, I don't recommended, to visit your family, I was planing to rent there ,but no anymore,is not able 0 start
José Rodríguez is a wonderful maintenance technician very informative and assessed my problem very professional and swiftly thank you civic square.
Do NOT apply to Civic Square Apartments. If you get denied, good luck ever seeing your security deposit again. It’s been over two months and I’m still waiting. Every time I reach out, I get the same vague excuse: “We’re making it a priority,” but nothing ever happens. It honestly feels like they’re hoping people will forget about their money.
