Cockroach infestation. I was moving from out of town and didn’t get to walk the apartment until move-in day. Within ten minutes of being in the apartment my wife and I saw three cockroaches and several other bugs. Dana informed us that this apartment has had issues and someone would come in and spray once a week. That didn’t work for us so she offered to terminate the lease and give a full refund. I visited the property and they have great customer service, super friendly staff, the property is very clean, and they have the best prices in that area. I highly recommend it. I will be submitting my application very soon as I plan to move in next month.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! They are unwilling to take any action to address their pest infestation! When they showed me this apartment, they agreed to replace the refrigerator and stove and clean the carpets, but they never did. The apartment where I was moved had a broken screen door, spiderwebs on every window, ants, and unclean stains on the carpet! Ants were all over the place the second day I was there, and it took them weeks to address the issue.This was completely inappropriate, and I have a kid. Most of our belongings we... read more
