I was asked to arrive 45 minutes before my procedure (no reason given). I arrived 50 minutes before my procedure. I had to wait until 15 minutes *after* my procedure was scheduled for them to get me ready, then waited again until 1 hour after it was scheduled for for the procedure to actually be done. Because the procedure involved light anesthesia, they insist someone be ready to pick me up after they do it... so now it's me AND them waiting over an hour and a half extra with no explanation or even information.
To get there is a nightmare, with all construction projects going on..can't wait for the new future hospital. Parking access is difficult and the back parking feels shady, dont feel good leaving my keys to a stranger doesn't look professional. That's my opinion. In the entrance it can be confusing with all signs and people.
