Ever since that lgfcu change to Civic it has been a nightmare. I have been on the phone for 1.5 hrs just to pay my bill since my external payment doesnt work. Customer service is terrible do not go to Civic. Go elsewhere, I am getting to close my accounts.
why can't we be given an opportunity to give a score of less than one?
civic bought out my bank. the transition has been horrible. I've spent the last month trying to get a debit card so that I can access my account. I've spent hours on the phone and on hold trying to verify if they ever sent one. no one can seem to verify if or when it was sent. will be moving my money anywhere else. couldn't be any worse on service than civic
Within a month of the switch from LGCU to Civic $4000 was stolen out of my account. They said someone had my password. I just set up 3 weeks ago. I said, yes YOU DO!. Lets see if I can get back!
worst customer service ever, created all kinds of issues with my account, no one to talk to no one to assist you hour long waits just to be placed on a hold without notice, you cannot be nice enough to them.
Worst hostile take over I've been a victim of yet at over 50 years old. I went from having a bank two miles away to over 45 miles in two directions now. No card was sent with the changeover and I had to waste over an hour of my life to be told one will hopefully be sent in 7 to 10 days, no priority for customers in need of their money. I was a member at LGFCU i received 3 letters about activating my new card a card which i have not received and my LGFCU card has been cancelled i cannot access my account to make upcoming payments when i called it took 1.5 to2 hours for some one to answer have done this 3 times and all 3 times they could not help took my imfo and said someone would call me back have not received and call i think my next step is to file formal complaint with state THERE SERVICE DONT EVEN RATE A -STAR
