As our lease comes to an end, we want to express how much we enjoyed living at Civic Center Plaza. The location is incredibly convenient, and the building was consistently clean and secure. Shelby and the entire staff were always helpful, professional, and friendly, making our experience even better. If you're considering living in downtown, I highly recommend Civic Center Plaza. It’s been a wonderful place to call home!
The location was very good as it is right in the center close to work ,bars, and restaurants. The bathroom was nice, and the shower was very powerful. and it's a secure place to stay Shelby his very helpful and makes a very smooth process for the moving date

My older daughter is moving to Peoria. I spoke with Shelby who has been amazing. He made me fell better about her staying there. We are seeing this sight unseen but Shelby has made it a wonderful experience. You property management company has a GREAT asset to their portfolio and he should be rewarded more.
