Recommendedso my wife and I moved in over the weekend, we absolutely love it here... This apartment complex is hands down better than where we came from night and day.. Everyone is so nice from the residents to the Office staff.. Ashley and Heather are the best, you cant find an better than them!!!

save your money lived here 2 years worse 2 years of living. Violation of privacy. Paying more than what you are suppose to pay for never got to use my fireplace in 2 years. felt like I didnt even live there when it came time to go swimming due to the rude staff. And the tanning beds suck. Residents leave dog feasties on your walkway all through the grass. And is swormed with spider catipillars. That was there consistently 2 years. Water damage to window seals damaged my $200 curtains.
My family has lived here for years and we’ve loved it! Everyone is so kind and treats us like family. I recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
My wife and I love it. The apartment is beautiful, and the few problems it has had had been quickly fixed by the Civic Center staff, top notch apartment complex�
Friendly staff. Great activities for the children in the community as well. Maintenance crew is very prompt and professional.
I absolutely love living here!! This is my 2nd time living here and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Desoto County!!! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Plus we have Desoto Central school district! (Only apartments that allow you to go to DC)
We have been living here since August and we love it. I know apartments can be noisy so I was worried about that when we moved in, but we have had no problems with noise at all. I love that they have a dog park and a grilling area. The only complaint we had was that there was not a dog waste station close to our building, I let Cassidy know and she took care of it, a couple of weeks later and we had one. Cassidy is really sweet and helpful. I would reccommend these apartments if you're looking for one.
