Just a bit of a heads up. they are very predatory, I won't disclose who.. but someone I know lived here. during one of the worst economical times in America they decided to sue her for no payment, now she did owe them, but they repeatedly refused to work out a payment plan and threatened large amounts of money (that she didn't owe) she tried to call and settle one last time and they refused. during times like this we need to watch how companies are treating people and I would stay far far away from them.

I have lived at Crownpointe Apartments for almost 2 1/2 years. This is not a place you want to live and I will tell you why. Since Colleen Armstrong has become the property manager here, it went from being a wonderful place to live, to garbage. A lot of the people she has moved in are VERY questionable. The way things are addressed are unprofessional and harassing. Lower their rent for single people...
I hate living here I live here for 3 years and it sucks for one it's too damn far for my family and friends and there is absolutely no bus stop around here unless you go walk 40,000 miles to Walmart in town in Altoona. I rather move into Pleasant Hill Apartments rather than live in this dump then I'm staying at now with a one bedroom that runs me up to $776 a month for just one person to live here which is me and I absolutely do not have no children I'm single and have a tough life happen to pay my bills every month with liv... read more
