Nice area, friendly employee but I think she might need help. Not sure if there is only one employee working on weekend but she’s all by herself has to make drinks as well as deliver them. I like the chill environment but sad that pastries aren’t always replenished.

The staff at Civano are just delightful! The staff got me hooked on prickly Pear daiquiri!
I absolutely love this place but everytime we have been here its been a 20 to 25 min wait for our drinks. Help the girl out and give her a second body � one person can only handle so much, poor thing

We try to schedule according to our sales graphs and history, we know it's not always perfect but we are unable to predict unexpected rushes. We would love to have spare people working but we are small beans and the labor cost would kill us. I'm sorry you had a wait :-(
