OK, was not done with this unprofessional business! I submitted an application, was told I was denied, corrected the issue. Requested a showing with an unknown employee; waited 25 minutes, no one showed. I then proceeded to the Citywide physical office. Where I explained my dielema regarding a upgraded showing of a property. Long story short went into the office to inquire about the alleged showing at 9 a.m. showed text. lousy service; in person and not!
I've been using their services for more than couple of years for two of my properties. While all is good, you can't feel the issue. But the real problem begins whenever they need to do their job. Tenants' replacements were always accompanied with left damage suggesting they were not enforcing any rules, order, and maintenance. Deposits were not always collected so we lost over there. Repairs were made without detailed prior inspection and there wasn't any post inspection and follow-up to make sure the vendors provided good s... read more
I didn't have any Hot water so I went on the Tennis portal and the Citywide sent out one of their workers the workers then told me that she hadn't been with citywide that long came in had the job done less than a 1/2 an hour I got hot water today seem like Citywide has step up a lot they are Hiring Better EmployeesI don't mind having them in my house she was very very nice and Polite thanks Citywide they always come right out but this time was Different somehow so again I thank Citywide and their workers 8/9/2022
