Services provided weren’t always reliable. Lawn care was hit or miss. They charged over $230 to empty a trash can in order to keep every cent of the security deposit. Wouldn’t recommend.
I have been with City Wide for 29 years in the same apartment. I love where I live and have no issues. Any maintenance issues are promptly taken care of and the staff are so easy to talk to and do listen to the tenants concerns. The grounds and buildings are kept up.
