I have been with City Wide for 29 years in the same apartment. I love where I live and have no issues. Any maintenance issues are promptly taken care of and the staff are so easy to talk to and do listen to the tenants concerns. The grounds and buildings are kept up.
Rent here if you hate money! Rented a house through city wide for almost 5 years. Their leases are predatory and you will find yourself financially responsible for the maintenance and decay of an old home, they are not familar with their properties at all and make up imaginary charges to ensure that you do not get your deposit back. The lease they offer you is boilerplate for all of their properties and they will tell you what actually applies to your property when its too late.
