Terrific response time. I called and 30 minutes later somebody was at the door. He came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Good thing too because today was the day where the temperature in our neighbourhood hit 29° and we sure needed that mini split working hard to keep the house cool. He then said he would check out and service the unit because he still hadn’t used up the full hour. Our plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The advice and recommendations he offered were correct and to the point with no unnecessary upsells. I will be using CityWide plumbing and power in the for all of my drainage and plumbing needs.
Tech was quick to diagnose issue and repair it. He didn't try to upsell or do unnecessary work which is great.
