I really tried to give Citywide Plumbing a chance, but they completely dropped the ball. They promised to send someone back to finish the job, and I’m still waiting. No updates, no response. If reliability matters to you, look elsewhere.
I contacted Citywide Plumbing for a repair, but even after they came out, the issue wasn’t fixed. I followed up a few times, but nothing changed. Disappointed with the lack of results.
