Rachel was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and explained things in a simple manner since this was my first experience. She even stopped by my office to get some paperwork from me. She went above my expectations. If I ever need a home loan again I will for sure go with Rachel!
Rachel is very knowledgeable. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions! She was so patient and talked me through anything I didn't understand. At the end of the day I ended up with a few options for my home loan, and she helped me choose the best one for my needs. She was easy to communicate with, and generally returned any messages, emails, or calls within a few hours. I will be recommending her to friends!
