They were very professional. They analyzed the problem, explained to me what needed to be done, and they did it. They stayed to their quote and were very prompt as to their arrival and completion times. This is the first time I have ever hired an electrician so I am guessing they quoted a fair price. It seemed reasonable to me.
They responded timely to the request for a proposal for work and provided a written proposal the following morning explaining in detail the work that would be provided. They arrived when scheduled and kept me informed that they would be there within 30 minutes. They also completed the job on the day they stated they would. Citywide Electric did a great job. They were fast and the quality of work was outstanding. Technicians were very professional, They described what they were going to do and they executed the panel replacements with no issues

They arrived quickly. Diagnosed the issue fixed it. We're fairly reasonable. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable.
