Isaac was very professional, punctual, responsive, and thorough. He kept me fully informed throughout the project and arranged a city inspection to ensure our project was code compliant. I would definitely recommend their services.
Job took longer than expected. Contractor was late one hour one day. Couldn't finish the job and charged an unexpected trip fee of $125.00

Excellent customer service, impressive work at a reasonable price. I have had the same person working for me at both houses, and I was extremely impressed with him! I would recommend him highly.
Citywide was flexible with scheduling the appointment. The technicians were quite friendly and professional. They fixed a connection in our breaker box that had not been connected correctly when the new breaker box was installed. They also recommended that we have some re-wiring done in our home; and we are awaiting their proposed estimate to come via e-mail.
I got on the internet during the late afternoon and Citywide came out the same day, within about 30 minutes. I was very happy because the electricity was out in one of the rooms in my house. Also, I didn't want to have to take off of work the next day. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and they completed all of the work. Their price was under a bid I had received several years ago for the same work. I highly recommend Citywide and HomeAdvisor.
The two men who showed up were extremely profession, and knew what they were doing. It didn't take them long at all, and they even impressed the plumbers who were also working.
Did good job, and the repair was done in a few minutes.
