So easy and quick!
This process was great! I was very skeptical at first due to usually renewing my CPR in hospital setting with an instructor and other people. For this program, you do the classwork at your convenience at home, then go into an office when suitable for you, to do the skills on the manikins. The manikins /computer program does a great job instructing you on your progress. The online enrollment was very confusing but Francine from Citywide CPR was amazing. When I called, she remained on the line and took her time to walk me through every step of the enrollment process. She changed the trajectory of my experience with the company. Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!
