My partner went to the clinic as requested by his dr. It is diabolical to pay $300+ for an appointment that lasts less than 10mins. No thorough checks, asked if he had any concerns. Felt very rushed and useless as now he has to go to another clinic to actually be looked after very disappointed.
Was charged $300 for initial consultation that took 10 minutes. I was asked to come back for a biopsy when it could have been done straight away. No offer to freeze off moles etc though ample time. No report.Disgusted by the presumption that they can charge at a rate of $1,800 per hour without repercussion. I found the St George skin cancer clinic instead that charged $130 for a consultation, complete authoritative body scan, freeze off of benign spots and provided me with a report of what was done and found. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience with Dr. Khurana at Citywest. Appointment was rushed (only 4–5 mins) and she only checked my son’s forehead allergy, ignoring the rest. First visit she even gave an expired cream. On the second visit, despite me showing her all the medicines already used for my son (which did not work), she prescribed the same ointment our GP had given before. Instead of providing proper treatment, she just calls us back for more follow-ups. Not worth paying $300+. Not recommended.
