Living in Citywalk for 6 years and it is an amazing building. It is one of the only places I would consider living downtown. In the past there have been issues with things like plumbing mainly that the entire building had to be shut down for any repairs but that has greatly reduced by adding zone valves. I work on some of the units in the building. As far as I can tell, it's kept up, and the tenants I've come across have been nice.
Grumpy residents and SUPER DUPER locked entry. If you love living securely; this may be your place!
Love the views and proximity to local restaurants and entertainment. Very walkable
Elevators often broken, security gates often broken, building construction noises for over a year, water/plumbing issues all the time. Saw a notice to the building that said water isn't up to code. Business center is nothing, the one old computer and printer doesn't work. Mail delivery leaves boxes by mail boxes to just get stolen. Break-ins, broken glass window for months, many outlets in several apartments dont work, old building, needs updates....Dont let the pics fool you.
