This complex is absolutely the best place to live downtown! Its close to all of the fun bars and restaurants and within walking distance to Principal Park and Fuzzy's Tacos. Yet it is far enough away from downtown that you don't have to pay extra for parking and you don't really hear things like the train, sirens or loud music from the bars.
