This property is in a great location, close to 75, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and the neighborhood is extremely walkable. Living here has been a great experience. The maintenance team, Israel and Rosa are great and deeply care about the residents and addressing each concern. Corey in the leasing office is always a pleasure to work with. The property itself is well maintained, and the team is constantly the property to be even more beautiful. Corey constantly goes above and beyond for the residents and is wonderful!!
Really enjoyed the 1 year I lived here. Would’ve stayed longer had I not moved cities. It’s very close to lower greenville/deep ellum ($5 - $10 uber) and I’d run to katy trail regularly (half a mile away). Plus the nearby Zalat was convenient after a night out. Corey always had my best interest in mind and I never felt like the office was trying to screw over residents. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. the hallways constantly smell like marijuana and the property manager Amy is extremely rude and standoffish. Amenities are mediocre and getting out of the garage is a pain. Live anywhere else but here.
Israel was very prompt in fixing my leaking sink! Came within a few minutes of me calling.
