Honestly, living here has been great! I believe this is my 3rd or 4th lease coming up. Just went through a management change and the prices did increase slightly. Britt in the office has been super cool and easy to work with! Honestly, I’m A okay with the price increase because they are updating the entire property from the front office, to the pool, to landscaping and adding washer and dryers to all of the apartments (some didn’t have them included). I love this apartment! I toured so many apartments and did a ton of research before picking this one. The complex is quiet and safe, the area is top tier, the pool area and gym are getting upgrades right now, and the Maintence team is awesome, especially Israel. Always willing to help on extra things around the apartment he didn’t originally come for and his friendly and outgoing personality adds to the great community here. They are starting many projects though so I’m weary of the rent being increased
I’ve lived here with my family for 2 years annd even tho we are under new management, the staff is still the same friendly people. Israel, who is part of the maintenance team, has always been very quick, helpful, and responsive to our requests. He’s always exceeding expectations and always greeting residents. This is the type of warm and welcoming experience you want when living somewhere. Thank you Montrose, and thank you Israel!
Israel with the maintenance team is always present on property, very friendly, expedient with requests and never fails to fix maintenance issues when they due arise.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Israel who handles maintenance here at the Montrose. He has been consistently amazing over the years—always attentive, reliable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need something. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly cares about the residents.
