This apartment complex has done such an incredible job of maintaining the premises, hosting events for the community, effectively communicating when the building is experiencing upgrades or maintenance. This is the first complex that I’ve lived in that I’ve readily signed up for another year. Not to mention the reasonable price point for such an incredible area. The front office staff, maintenance staff, and property manager make this complex the best that it can be.

I had an absolutely stellar time renting with Corey and Lauren. I am moving down from Canada and so needed to get things done quickly while on a visit to the city. They were both very welcoming, explained everything, and I didn't feel that I was annoying them with questions. I'm very much looking forward to moving in in September and the community seems great. I absolutely love it here, I have been living in Dallas for three years and this is by far the nicest apartment I’ve lived in. The office staff is fantastic, and have been nothing but helpful, kind, and understanding. Also the maintenance team is always ready to help and on top of anything you need. Truly so happy to be here!
